DESCRIPTION: The project is a complete urban Emirati residential neighborhood. The four hundred-ten villas have an emphasis on Emirati house typologies and provide appropriate access to community amenities, integrated transportation, and a high-quality public realm. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainability design and master plan for the development. The project was designed to target the Estidama Two Pearl Community, Villas & Buildings Rating system.
